We had a wonderful stay in this hotel with its central location next to the new shopping centre Valkea. It was easy to walk from the railway station to the hotel and it had good transportation options in the downtown area of this city. The hotel facilities were impressive and the cleanliness was top-notch. We enjoyed the rich and tasty breakfast with many different options provided. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and accommodating.

Not obvious to find.

A fantastic dining option, Amarillo, only 100 feet away from here, and the room and bed were very comfortable.

a sauna was a nice touch. location, short way from all attractions. a good choice for exploring oulu. if you want to eat nearby, try pizzeria cantina, which is situated 100 ft away.

Newly build highly modern hotel. Nice, clean and well located. Free wireless lan, elaborate breakfast. Certainly my best hotel experience since a long time.

The gym and sauna area were the best parts of my stay. The gym was small but well-equipped, and the sauna was popular with other guests. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold dishes, and the juices were easy to choose from. The location was also convenient for exploring the city center, as it was walking distance to many attractions.

There were a few negative aspects that made my Easter weekend less enjoyable. The kettle in my room was dirty and burnt, and there weren't enough power sockets for my needs.

Stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. the location was excellent, next to a mall. You could easily walk from the train station. the room was warm and comfortable while snowing outside. the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was really good! the decor of the dining room was lovely. the receptionists were nice and attentive, and the service level exceeded my expectations. the hotel has an underground parking garage for a fee.

The hotel's rooms were quite small but still had a seating area in the foyer where you could sit in comfort and have a tea or coffee.

Impossible to control of water pressure in shower

Warm and cosy rooms. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast buffet with great food selection. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice location and easy to find. Lovely dining room decor. Good advice on activities and dining options. Nice treats for dogs.

I have been staying there before so knew what to expect. Nice, clean and friendly place with a great breakfast.

Its location and proximity to all city attractions

No coffee / tea maker within the room . They didtnt give any moisturizing cream. It does pinch when one travels with Oz limit.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the beds were comfortable which made for a great night's sleep. the hotel was located conveniently close to many shops and restaurants.

The parking service was very expensive so I ended up parking on the street. I was disappointed that there was no option to open the windows to let in some fresh air.
